Kristin C. Baum, AIA, LEED AP

Kristin has been responsible for many successful projects. She has managed a wide variety of developments at GuernseyTingle, from residential to hospitality and restoration/renovation projects. She has a reputation among clients for her caring attitude and excellent listening skills.

A summa cum laude graduate of Virginia Tech, ranked first in her class, Kristin has been involved in the Leadership Historic Triangle and Williamsburg Young Emerging Professionals. She enjoys spending time with her husband and stepdaughters, and when she has a chance can often be seen traveling back roads and small towns hunting for antiques.  She most recently extended her architectural experience to brewery design when she joined forces with her husband to open a local brewery.
