Blue Talon Bistro

Project Overview

  • Project in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg.
  • The exterior building maintained it's original character while modeling the interior to a French Bistro.

Award-winning chef David Everett and his partner Adam Steely turned to GuernseyTingle when they decided to create an informal French Bistro in Colonial Williamsburg.

Built in the 1930ā€™s by the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation as a garage (Ayers garage), the Blue Talon is now an informal restaurant in Williamsburg modeling a French Bistro.
