Award-winning chef David Everett and his partner Adam Steely turned to GuernseyTingle when they decided to create an informal French Bistro in Colonial Williamsburg.
Built in the 1930’s by the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation as a garage (Ayers garage), the Blue Talon is now an informal restaurant in Williamsburg modeling a French Bistro.
